It was a drama, “A More Perfect Union,” and starred Robert Young and Edward G. Robinson. Awards were presented by Eleanor Roosevelt (accepted by her son, James), Charles Wilson, Darryl F. Zanuck, Barney Balaban, and Dore Schary.
